Navigos Search's client is a big sportwear brand in Vietnam, finding the position with these responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for all departments.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of up to 10 members.
- Manage and monitor Sales, Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company standards.
- Implement action plans to optimize product and stock management.
- Drive key performance indicators (UPT, RPT, AUR) to maximize profitability.
- Ensure visual merchandising directives and brand standards are maintained.
- Lead by example, maintaining strong customer focus with clear, engaging communication.
- Build brand loyalty by empowering the team to create authentic customer experiences.
- Balance strong business acumen with effective interpersonal skills.
- Act as a brand ambassador.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
