Job Description

Navigos Search's Client is currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our headquarters teams and global clients to deliver comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet international HR standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on worldwide SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects alongside foreign stakeholders and local counterparts.
- Gather and analyze business needs, identify gaps, and recommend tailored solutions following SAP’s best practices.
- Set up and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on:
Required: Employee Central
Preferred: Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, Onboarding
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), address issues, and prepare training and operational documentation for end users.
- Support integration tasks between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/S/4HANA systems or external applications via SAP CPI/PI or APIs.
- Provide post-launch support and ensure seamless system operations in line with service level agreements.
- Work within Agile/Scrum or hybrid teams, adapting to project-specific methodologies.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:
- 2–5 years of practical experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors project.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one module, preferably Employee Central.
- Strong experience with configuration tasks in Admin Center and provisioning tools (such as Instance Sync and Role-Based Permissions).
- Solid understanding of international HR processes (hire-to-retire) and best practices.
- Familiarity with Integration Center, SAP CPI, or API-based integration is a significant plus.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written) to work in a multicultural environment.

Preferred:
- Previous involvement in projects with Korean IT firms or Korean project teams.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SAP Solution Manager.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in cross-cultural settings.
- Willingness to travel to other countries if the project requires.
