Job Description
Navigos Search's client is a trustable company which provides integrated solutions in the field of power generation, energy infrastructure, and sustainable operations. In order to support their long-term development strategy, they are urgently looking for a qualified Solar Engineer (Rooftop).
The jobholder will be covering the following duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee safe installation, construction, and operation of solar systems.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on manuals and experience.
- Identify, specify, and procure necessary electrical spare parts and services.
- Supervise maintenance work to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Lead technical design decisions and manage system changes.
- Conduct daily and weekly coordination meetings with teams and contractors.
- Report regularly to the Maintenance Director and Electrical Managers.
- Manage and review technical documents, contracts, warranties, and reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and testing activities.
- Assist with plant-wide electrical troubleshooting and upkeep.

Job Requirements
Our ideal candidates are the ones who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with solar systems (installation to operation).
- Minimum 5 years in plant or industrial maintenance, focusing on electrical systems and planning.
- Willingness to work extra hours, weekends, or shifts when required.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
