Job Description

Strategic Vision & Leadership: Formulate and implement a strategic roadmap that balances immediate sales targets with long-term growth, adapting to the rapidly changing beauty industry. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including sales, digital marketing, and brand management, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth strategy.
Multi-Channel Management: Manage a wide range of sales channels, including major e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and the company’s own e-commerce site (brand.com). Ensure strategies are optimized for each channel to drive revenue while addressing their unique challenges and opportunities.
Marketplace Growth: Utilize a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics to enhance sales performance, optimize promotional strategies, and attract new customer segments on key platforms.
Brand Management: Oversee the growth and promotion of global prestige brands alongside private-label skincare lines, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message across all digital and physical channels.
Sales Strategy: Develop detailed sales strategies that respond to the evolving market. Continuously adjust to shifts in consumer behavior, platform trends, and market dynamics to sustain and drive growth.
Digital Marketing & Innovation: Partner with the digital marketing team to craft impactful campaigns that boost traffic, engagement, and conversions. Innovate in content strategy, performance marketing, and customer acquisition/retention to maintain a competitive edge.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage key performance data from various sales channels to adjust strategies and ensure continuous optimization across all platforms.
Community Building & Customer Loyalty: Develop initiatives aimed at building a strong customer community, fostering relationships, enhancing loyalty, and driving repeat business.
Business Growth: Play a pivotal role in shaping the overall business development strategy, identifying new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, or product development to support future growth.

Job Requirements


7-8 years of proven experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace sales, digital marketing, or brand management within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods sectors.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic visions in fast-paced, complex industries, with experience managing multiple sales channels and adapting to rapidly changing market conditions.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), and sales strategies focused on performance.
Ability to oversee and optimize a diverse sales channel portfolio, ensuring each channel effectively contributes to overall business growth.
Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and aligning cross-functional teams around challenging goals.
Experience in cultivating and growing customer communities, with a focus on enhancing loyalty and engagement.
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and able to excel in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
