JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and approach potential clients in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food manufacturing sectors.
• Present technical product knowledge and value propositions to clients.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships while exploring new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QC, and supply chain departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Execute sales plans aligned with business goals and KPIs.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales or technical roles related to active ingredients, semi-finished pharmaceutical products, R&D, or quality control.
• Strong commercial orientation and long-term commitment to a sales career.
• Understanding of B2B ingredient manufacturing market and competitor landscape.
• Proficient in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in presenting technical content and handling objections professionally.
• Goal-driven, persistent, optimistic, and adaptable to pressure.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, discipline, and team spirit.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working both independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with internal processes and sales execution.
