Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager drives recruitment strategy, focusing on hiring for Sales and Marketing, while ensuring the company’s overall hiring needs are met. The role works closely with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals and positioning as a top employer.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Leadership:

Lead the recruitment process for Sales and Marketing roles.
Develop strategies to meet all recruitment needs across departments.
Manage a recruitment budget of 400,000 - 500,000 EUR.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with business leaders to align hiring needs with business goals.
Provide recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

Streamline recruitment processes using modern tools.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Collaborate with HR on employer branding and talent development.
Align recruitment efforts with overall HR and business strategies.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
Promote a culture of innovation and growth.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
8 years in talent acquisition, especially in Sales/Marketing.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
