Job Description
• Partners with senior leadership to align on organizational goals and strategies for staffing, recruitment, and employee retention.
• Designs, leads, and implements policies, processes, training programs, initiatives, and surveys to address HR compliance and strategic needs.
• Manages or oversees various HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary actions; investigations and conflict resolution; performance and talent management; productivity and morale initiatives; and training and development.
• Identifies staffing and recruitment needs and establishes effective practices for hiring and managing talent.
• Analyzes organizational trends through reports and metrics from the HRIS or talent management systems to inform decisions.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed to stay current.
• Stays informed on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and communicates relevant updates to leadership.
• Develops and manages the HR department’s budget.
• Promotes continuous professional growth through training, development, and certification opportunities for HR team members.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
