Job Description

- Create, implement, and maintain effective quality management systems that are specific to the needs of export-oriented noodle production.
- Ensure compliance with QMS standards, such as ISO 9001 and necessary industry certifications.
- Create and enforce quality assurance procedures for incoming raw materials, intermediate products, and completed goods.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality and consistency, such as sensory evaluation, physical characteristics, and chemical analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute corrective and preventative actions based on root cause analysis and continuous improvement principles.
- Stay current on key legislation and standards governing food safety, labeling, and export requirements in target markets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support departments to understand consumer feedback and respond to quality-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Proactively engage with clients to convey quality assurance programs and ensure that they meet their expectations and criteria.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Advanced degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years in quality control/assurance management within the food manufacturing industry and exported food products.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and international standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence) is a plus.
