Job Description
The Project Manager acts as the key liaison between our internal teams and major customers, ensuring successful program execution and long-term customer satisfaction. This role leads cross-functional coordination, drives continuous improvement, and manages overall business performance for strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
o Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
o Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and partnership.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership
o Lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT), including members from Account Management, NPI Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
o Take operational responsibility for program execution and coordination among departments.
3. Customer Interface
o Serve as the main contact point between the company and customers regarding finance, processes, technology, supply chain, quality, and operations.
4. Continuous Improvement & Program Execution
o Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define and implement improvement programs in Quality, Lead Time, Technology, and Cost (QLTC).
o Oversee new product introductions (from first article to mass production), cost reduction initiatives, quality enhancements, and design optimization.
5. Performance Management
o Monitor and manage key account performance, including turnover, margin, inventory, change management (ECO), and EOQ/MOQ.
6. Account Management Support
Job Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s or University degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Technical Profile:
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience in manufacturing technologies (machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly, surface treatments, testing & qualification).
• 5 years of experience in program/project management or commercial roles within mechatronic systems or equipment manufacturing.
• Experience in B2B industries such as Semiconductor, Solar, Analytical, or Healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to challenge and drive improvements in technology, efficiency, quality, and cost optimization within internal teams.
