Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of PRM Center, and with the support of assigned marketing officers and specialists, you will be responsible for:
Advising and supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and operational management frameworks.
Developing and managing information systems for market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer insights, and internal data to support marketing initiatives.
Planning and managing budgets for branding and marketing programs or projects, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s marketing strategy, business objectives, and operational model.
Coordinating the implementation and monitoring the effectiveness of brand and marketing campaigns within your scope of responsibility.
Leading, guiding, evaluating, and developing marketing team members and specialists within the PRM Center; designing efficient workflows and processes for your assigned function.
Collaborating effectively with other teams within the PRM Center (Communications, Design, and other Marketing functions) under the spirit of “One Team – One Dream” to best serve the Bank’s brand, products, and business goals.
Performing other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role or in leading communication/marketing projects.
