• Develop sales strategies that align with market conditions and company objectives to maximize sales growth and market share.
• Expand the market and seek potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with partners, and broaden the target market.
• Develop the sales team in line with the company's growth direction, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage directly in transactions and negotiations with clients, ensuring a balanced benefit for both the company and customers when establishing contract terms and conditions.
• Conduct market surveys, research, and analysis. Propose service improvements to meet market demands.
• Support sales staff in their sales activities and in maintaining customer relationships.
• Collaborate efficiently with other departments/branches to provide the most suitable services, fulfilling customer needs.
• Organize team resources scientifically and effectively; ensure that each member's strengths are utilized and foster a teamwork culture.
• Coordinate with the HR department to handle any labor relations issues if they arise.
• Achieve department KPI targets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader position.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Chinese is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for business and sensitivity to market fluctuations.
• Ability to organize, analyze tasks, solve problems, and anticipate potential business risks.
• Capable of working under high pressure, adaptable to market, personnel, and customer changes, with a high sense of responsibility.
• Professional work demeanor.
