Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including logistics, sales, and customer service departments.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and execute strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all client interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management within the logistics industry, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
• Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
