Develop strategic business plans based on customer opportunities to exceed sales targets.

Confident in managing negotiations with independent and senior-level stakeholders.


Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams or distributors to exceed performance goals.


Excellent interpersonal, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science with 8 years of experience in sales/key account management; willing to travel extensively.
