As Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving commercial performance, and cultivating a motivated, client-centric team culture that reflects the brand’s vision and values.

Profile:
In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will take shared ownership of store performance and team success. You should bring a strong commercial mindset and an understanding of the luxury and local retail landscape. Ideally, your experience has been developed within premium or fashion retail, where you've led teams and delivered exceptional service.

With excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer experience, you’ll continuously work to exceed client expectations. Given the fast-paced nature of the business, agility and the ability to lead confidently in a dynamic environment are key.

As a Store Supervisor, you will ensure your team delivers outstanding service at every client interaction. You’ll provide consistent coaching, identify development opportunities, and support action plans that enhance both business performance and the store environment through training, visual merchandising, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Leader Supervision and Development
• Support, coach, and motivate team members to drive performance and uphold brand standards.
• Assist with performance reviews, goal setting, and daily briefings to maintain team alignment.
• Foster a collaborative and engaging workplace, contributing to talent retention and morale.

Client and Business Development
• Ensure a luxury-level client experience through active floor presence and team support.
• Build relationships with clients and guide team members in clienteling best practices.
• Contribute to strategies that drive traffic, sales, and client loyalty in line with store goals.

Selling and Floor Leadership
• Take ownership of floor management during shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and sales focus.
• Lead by example in client interactions and problem resolution.
• Maintain energy and engagement on the shop floor, driving team motivation.

Store Operations and Visual Merchandising
• Uphold operational excellence through accurate stock handling and compliance with policies.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and collaborate with the VM team on product displays.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support actions to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales role, preferably in high-end or higher premium fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
• Understanding of customer service excellence and selling techniques.
• Commercial awareness with an ability to read the floor and respond to business needs.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus depending on the location.
