Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Advanced academic qualifications (Master’s or Ph.D.) are highly valued.
Strong research credentials or contributions to recognized institutions or industry bodies are preferred.
National or international awards in technology or innovation are considered a plus.
Languages
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Professional Experience
10 years in software development, including at least 5 years in senior engineering or technical leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in scaling teams, driving high-performance cultures, and delivering impactful outcomes.
Strong ability to translate emerging technologies into strategic business advantages.
Technical Competencies
Software Engineering: Solid grasp of development principles, architectural design, and scalable system architecture.
Programming Languages: Hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, Ember.js, and AngularJS.
Operating Systems: Comfortable working across Linux, CentOS, Windows, and macOS environments.
Cloud Platforms: Skilled in using AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
Development Tools: Familiar with Git for version control and Jira for project tracking.
System Architecture: Knowledgeable in microservices, serverless architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Communication Protocols: Experience with REST APIs and WebSocket technologies.
