We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Leader to drive growth in the flexible packaging sector,
focusing on B2B opportunities within food and personal care. Reporting to the Country Manager, this
role will identify new markets, lead strategic client engagements, and work cross-functionally to deliver
customized packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop business opportunities with FMCG clients
• Lead commercial initiatives and assess financial viability
• Build strong relationships with R&D and procurement teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Translate market trends into strategic actions
Job Requirements
• 3 years of experience in flexible packaging (FMCG preferred)
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English; confident in presentations and analysis
• Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Minitab is a plus)
