Job Description
Overview: The Branch Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, both online and offline, to drive sales and ensure efficient management of contact lens sales channels in Vietnam. The role will require strong leadership to manage the branch office and stores, expand retail presence, and enhance online sales. Proficiency in Chinese is essential, as is significant experience in the contact lens industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Store and Sales Channel Management
Oversee daily operations of physical stores and online sales channels.
Ensure consistent sales performance across both online and offline platforms.
Implement strategies to optimize store performance and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Lead a team of 4 office employees and 5 store employees, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
Guide team members at 2 store locations, setting clear goals and providing support to achieve sales targets.
Branch Operations and Expansion
Manage the Vietnam office’s overall functions and report on performance metrics.
Identify and assess opportunities for opening additional physical and online stores. Manage the Vietnam office’s overall functions and report on performance metrics.
Drive the expansion strategy by identifying potential locations, preparing store opening plans, and coordinating with upper management on approvals and execution.
Facilitate the establishment of new stores in high-potential areas and oversee their initial operations to ensure alignment with brand standards and sales targets.

Sales Strategy and Performance Optimization
Develop and execute sales strategies for contact lenses.
Monitor sales performance and implement KPI-driven improvements.
Participate in quarterly KPI bonus assessments, subject to negotiation.
Market and Product Expertise
Utilize in-depth knowledge of contact lenses to provide insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the contact lens industry. Previous experience in both retail and e-commerce operations is required.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (required) and English.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of offline and online retail operations.
Proven track record in sales and team management.
Ability to develop and expand sales channels effectively.
Compensation:
Quarterly KPI bonus (negotiable).
