Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (with 6 years of work experience, including 3 years in development and 3 years in project management).
2. Fluency in English and good at Japanese/ Chinese.
3. Proficiency in Java development and experience with J2EE-based web architecture design and development processes.
4. Extensive knowledge of WebMVC frameworks (e.g., Struts, Spring, Hibernate).
5. Familiarity with front-end technologies, including jQuery and Ajax, with expertise in HTML/HTML5 standards and resolving browser compatibility issues.
6. Database design and development experience with DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
7. Knowledge of software design principles with strong skills in system requirements analysis and architecture design.
8. Strong coding abilities and training skills to enhance the core competencies of the development team.
9. Proven management and leadership skills, with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities, along with a strong work ethic.
10. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Japanese development projects.
