Job Description
- Tax Declaration and Submission:
Prepare and submit personal income tax declarations.
Ensure all necessary documents are complete and compliant with regulations.
- Reporting:
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual personal income tax reports.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Research and Analysis:
Evaluate and research personal income tax issues.
Develop and propose solutions to optimize tax processes.
- Database Management:
Manage and maintain the personal income tax database of the company.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Additional Tasks:
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in personal income tax preparation or related roles.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in English, Chinese is plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
