Job Description
- Contribute to production planning, budgeting, deadline
- Monitor quality assessments to ensure buyers satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
- Drawing up a production schedule
- Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing that.
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards, achieve maximum production by lowest cost.
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
- Working closely with the product design and sourcing team
- Will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaising among different departments, e.g., suppliers, managers- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers
- Lead and mentor the team by conducting weekly/monthly/yearly reviews
- Giving feedback to garment buyers
- Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management within the garment industry, particularly in outerwear.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in Korean and English (or any other relevant language).
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
