As Technical Sales Manager, the incumbent will report to General Director and cover the following main duties and responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Northern Vietnam market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Conduct regular customer visits to support application development and project tracking
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Lead contract negotiations and close new business deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and gather insights
• Update and manage CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
• Build and execute annual sales plans, including revenue and margin targets
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product opportunities
Yêu cầu
Our ideal candidates are the ones who meet these requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field
• A background in Business Administration or Management is a plus
• At least 3 years
