Mô tả công việc

• Work closely with Departments and Leaders, understand the hiring needs, growth plan, critical talent gaps & challenges, translate them into TA and hiring strategy.
• Drive and support talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to meet the hiring needs; deliver successful talent acquisition solutions across the regions to achieve lower cost of hire, quality of hire and speed of hire
• Accountable for the full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition process for assigned positions (including screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer management, etc) and deliver first-class TA experience
• Develop business acumen & insights on talent landscape in the targeted regions/ specific industries and help business managers making informed people decision
• Develop and cultivate candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals to meet current and future hiring demands
• Champion brand (including diversity & inclusion initiatives) and promote company as an employer of choice to market top talents through the use of social media and branding activities
• Conduct periodically review meetings to provide an overview of recruiting update / status, achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward
• Track, maintain and leverage data & reports to develop TA performance metrics & dashboard and drive improvement plans
• Accountable for the data accuracy and process compliance
• Participation in developing talent acquisition policies, processes, tools, etc
• Make plan, organizing internal and external Company training courses for Employees
• Evaluate individual and company TNA to create and execute learning plan and programs
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training)
• Follow e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

Yêu cầu

• Proven experience at least 5 years in Recruitment and 2 years in Training or similar
• Familiarity with the same position in foreign company
