• Ensure delivery of agreed conversions / enrollments to various overseas client universities along with working in close quarters to sales and operations team members.
• Ensures all curricula and student meeting plans are current and ready; all Education and Operations Consultants are properly trained to consult to standard; and all student reports, parent-teacher conferences, and other admin tasks are completed to standard
• Review weekly/monthly and quarterly team targets of converting prospective students into confirmed admissions to streamlining functional objectives to organizational goals.
• Hire, nurture and lead teams to achieve their targets
• Responsible for reports, forecasts and performance reviews against the defined metrics
• Work closely with the leadership in identifying new monetization opportunities and building innovative proposals to ensure business growth
• Monitor service parameters with operations to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Assess training needs of team members and collaborate with the training team for enhanced capabilities
• Stay up-to-date with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing market dynamics
• Oversees quality assurance of all academic and mentorship programs
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, study oversea is a plus.
• Expertise of overseas education counseling
• Ability to drive business growth from new and existing customers
