• Leading sourcing and supply chain management team in Vietnam
• Provide outsourcing support in Vietnam
• Manage the RFQ process
• Oversee supplier production of finished goods and components for regular and promotional shipments
• Monitor supplier delivery for both regular and promotional shipments
• Ensure on-time delivery performance across the supply chain
• Troubleshoot any issues in production or component supply
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required; responsibilities may adjust based on actual business needs
Leading Projects and Engineering in Vietnam
• Track project costs
• Expedite schedules as necessary
• Participate in conference calls with the global team
• Identify and drive solutions to problems and constraints
• Maintain communication from project initiation (PIR) to production, keeping all parties informed using tracking tools such as MS Projects, PSRs, Project Log Sheets, Project Status Reports, and CCDR
• Conduct weekly conference calls and provide updates on meeting minutes
• Act as the main contact for supplier project teams and US team engineering (RTI), employing a single point of contact approach for each supplier
• Support current projections as needed
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing companies
• Minimum 3 years in project or supply chain management
• Skilled in sourcing and cost man
