• Monthly BD Planning: Develop and implement a monthly Business Development plan targeting new customers to expand the business. Identify and target potential business opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Make regular visits and sales calls to potential and existing customers. Foster close relationships and actively listen to customer feedback to understand their needs and requirements.
• Logistics Solutions & Cost Reduction: Propose effective logistics solutions tailored to customer needs and help drive cost reduction strategies that benefit the customer and the company.
• Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market data to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use the information to drive strategic decisions.
• Costing & Quotation: Handle the costing and preparation of quotations for customers. Ensure that the proposed solutions align with customer budgets while maintaining profitability for the company.
• Customer & Contract Management: Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships to maximize retention.
• Reporting: Provide regular internal and external reports on business development activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.

Yêu cầu

• Age: 26 – 40 years
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal ski
