Sales, general customer service:
Responsible for overall sales activities of serviced apartments and hotels
Understand the company's business strategy, set goals and create effective action plans
Execute market-specific sales action plans.
Constantly search for new customers, make appointments, business negotiations, guide service proposals and facilities. and win the contract
Visit and communicate regularly with existing and new customers to build and strengthen relationships to enable future business.
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the company.
Manage and maintain HTL sales via OTA
Team management:
Clarify team goals to achieve company budget and instill team vision in all members.
Create action plans and KPIs that allow each member to put the team's vision into practice.
Lead the team so that each member systematically implements action plans and KPIs.
Foster teamwork and improve organizational performance.
Sales promotion and awareness improvement:
Under the direction of the General Manager, prepare and participate in events for residents as needed.
We will propose and implement promotions to make the property widely known.
Increase awareness of the property using the official website and Social networks
Other duties:
Prepare contracts, invoices, and other documents as required.
Update and maintain customer management database.
Collaborate with relevant departments within the company to achieve company goals
