Head of Finance

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position covers but it is not limited to:
▪ Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
o Lead the FP&A team in developing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
o Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations for business decision-making.
o Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company strategy.
o Recommend and suggest to management team on financial management to ensure effectively utilization financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
o Work with Group, Regional and Country Offices to optimize financial performance and profitability
o Prepare financial statements, presentations, and reports for investor meetings.
▪ Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
o Support on Implementation of ERP and other financial systems to optimize financial operations and reporting.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
o Drive the implementation of new financial tools or systems as necessary.
o Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and funding to ensure sufficient funding for operations.
o Monitor and manage foreign exchange risks and interest rate exposures.
▪ Risk Management and Compliance:
o Ensure Finance policies and procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations & global standards, complying with risks management and internal control policies.
o Participate in establishing and implementing internal controls that meet international and industry benchmarks.
▪ Team Management and Collaboration:
o Working closely with Accounting team in developing accounting policies and procedures; month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy & compliance and other relevant accounting topics
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
o Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
o Promote collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
