Mô tả công việc


As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and approaching potential clients within the assigned region.
• Making sales calls and visiting customers 2–3 times per week.
• Meeting regular sales targets and KPIs.
• Establishing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Understanding and interpreting customer requirements.
• Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Preparing quotations in the system, sending them to customers, and following up to secure orders.
• Negotiating and closing sales agreements, including terms and conditions.
• Providing after-sales support and resolving customer issues.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in Sales; experience in the Factory Automation industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
