• The job oversees full P&L Management including volume, gross margin, fixed costs, payroll and net profit operating.
• Managing Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing Commercial Operation, Supply Chain, HR and Finance.
• The ideal candidate is a strategist and leader who can steer the company towards profitability while implementing its vision, mission, long-term and short-term goals. The goal is to ensure the company stays on track with its strategic guidelines.
• Plan and execute cost-effective operations and market development efforts to reach business goals.
• Create and implement sales strategies.
• Manage the BU's financial performance, investments, and other commercial activities.
• Manage logistics, warehouse, and distribution activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage sales targets and monitor results.
• Manage and encourage teams to increase productivity and engagement.
• Build trusting connections with shareholders, business partners, and authorities.
• Ensure top-down communication and compliance with policies and legal requirements within the BU.

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the FMCG business.
