The Country Manager is responsible for:
• Overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations from sales, marketing and all operations (functional)
• Developing and implementing plans and strategies to grow the business and expand into new markets/ sectors
• Writing quarterly/ annual reports and liaising with the head office (management)
• Recruiting, guiding, grooming, and training new/ existing employees
• Monitoring & tracking of performance at all levels and scheduling training/ brainstorming/ drafting of plans when necessary
• Implementing effective strategy consistently, and setting up recovery plan when required.
• Setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and their business, and monitor and report on their progress and results regularly stablishing professional relationships with clients and staff. Communicating effectively with different stakeholders, such as customers, partners, employees, and vendors
• Being a well-disciplined leader to lead the team by example
• Overseeing Profit and Loss of the operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree in sales, business finance or similar is also acceptable
• A good knowledge base of the country/r
