- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR Admin, etc - excluding production).
- Ensuring all sales and marketing activities, operations processes and procedures are
running smoothly and efficiently.
- Working closely with the BOD to develop and implement business strategies to meet the
company's goals and objectives.
- Supporting the Chairman and BOD in developing international markets.
- Managing financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the company is operating within budgetary constraints.
- Building and leading a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- 10 years of proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role in the FMCG,
