Navigos Search's client is a reputable trading Japanese company:
Accounting tasks – 70%
– Issue VAT invoice and send to customers, receive vendors' invoice
– Submit tax reports to government authority
– Follow AR, and AP to customers and vendors
– Follow banking-related transactions
– Other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Administration activities of the office - 30%
– Make all documentation for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other related tasks.
– Make all labor-related reports and submit them to the Government Dept.
– Record staff attendance, annual leave
– Assist the Japanese Director with rental apartment, business trip claims, Hotel, air ticket, car and taxi booking and scheduling, etc.
– Support local staff for entertainment claims, business trips, and other office activities
– Handle phone calls in the office
– Manage office supplies, and office expenses: taxi, rental car, stationary, drinks, courier service
– Other HR and GA jobs assigned by supervisor.

- University graduated, major in Accounting
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Good English
- Detailed-oriented, good at numbers
