Job Description
• Conduct bond and stock trading transactions in accordance with the approved business plan, ensuring optimal efficiency by calculating key parameters such as interest rates, commissions, room limits, lending ratios, and credit limits.
• Collaborate with company representatives to handle tasks such as adjusting room limits, expanding credit limits, and negotiating interest rates and commissions.
• Manage account opening, custody services, and execution of purchase rights.
• Ensure all trading conditions are met, including purchasing power, credit limits, and account readiness for investment disbursement.
• Monitor bond distribution performance across various sales channels and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare internal reports and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in the development of a database system to support departmental reporting.
• Contribute to the formulation of investment and distribution policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and investment funds. Proficient in stock market analysis, financial evaluation, portfolio management, and relevant regulations.
• Holding a Financial Analysis Practitioner Certificate or higher.
• Skilled in financial tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Fluent in English
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities companies, fund management firms, or investment departments.
