Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing operations across the Hanoi & Northside regions. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth and success in the F&B ingredients market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing accounts.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the Hanoi & Northside regions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
4. Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant
advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the F&B ingredients or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a regional role.
• Strong understanding of the Hanoi & Northside markets and local business practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English
