Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Min 10 years of experience in coffee or agricultural commodities trading, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• A strong understanding of commodity pricing, trading mechanisms, and market structures.
• A well-established network across the entire coffee supply chain, from producers to global buyers.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• High integrity, a strong commercial mindset
