Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the entire Preschool Division across Northern Vietnam for our prestigious multi-level school system. This role requires strong business development, sales, and marketing capabilities, with solid leadership and strategic thinking skills. The candidate must be fluent in English and passionate about early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the Preschool Division across the Northern region.
• Lead and manage the performance of multiple campuses to ensure enrollment targets and brand standards are met.
• Drive business development initiatives, including market expansion and new campus openings.
• Oversee sales and marketing strategies, both online and offline, to attract and retain students.
• Collaborate closely with the Academic and Operations teams to maintain high-quality early childhood education standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of campus managers and admissions staff.
• Report directly to the Group CEO and contribute to strategic planning for the overall education system.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing leadership roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
• Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the Vietnamese education landscape.
