Job Description
Our client - a global ecommerce company is hiring a Creative Strategist (Wellness DTC) – Meta Ads, Copy, and Creative Direction ( Video Editing Bonus)
We’re launching a new wave of wellness products and are looking for a Creative Strategist who knows how to turn insights into scroll-stopping, sales-driving campaigns.
If you’re fluent in data-backed storytelling, thrive on cracking new angles, and want to see your work actually launch (not sit in a folder), this is for you.
You’ll be the engine behind high-converting, performance-driven creative. Your day-to-day will include:
- Translating research (competitor audits, review mining, social trend analysis) into testable creative hypotheses
- Writing clear, data-informed briefs that help editors and designers ship effective work fast
- Providing feedback to editors to ensure performance is baked into the final ads
- Building modular creative systems and frameworks that others can follow
- Partnering with product and performance teams to align messaging, visuals, and testing strategy
- Leading Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad content production, including short-form and long-form videos
- Supporting new product launches with rapid iterations of creative assets
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in creative strategy for DTC/eCommerce, ideally wellness or consumer health
- Strong ad copywriting chops – you write hooks, headlines, and high-performing scripts with ease
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, including short-form UGC, long-form explainer videos, and carousel/static creative that convert
- Scaled eCommerce experience – you’ve helped grow brands with performance-first creative
- Data fluency – you know how to analyze and leverage performance data to guide creative decisions
- Platform awareness – you understand what wins on Meta and how to adapt creative across placements
- Creative leadership – you’ve worked with editors, UGC creators, and designers to bring ideas to life
- Clear process – you’re used to managing multiple launches, hitting deadlines, and iterating fast
- Early AI adopter – you know how to leverage AI tools to scale your creative process and output
- Bonus: Video editing skills – you can cut, trim, and structure ad creatives yourself when needed
- Comfort with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Descript is a big plus
