Job Description
Navigos Search's client, FDI real estate company, is looking for Administration (Design department) with main duties as below:
• Administration work
- Sign and stamp record entry, stamping work, day labor workers management for stamping work, etc.
• Document controller
- Storing data received from internal and external members (drawings, related documents, etc.) in the internal cloud, managing In/Out records, and announcing to team members.
- Organizing and storing material samples
- Supporting the administrative documents related to Design & construction: Scanning drawings and documents, organizing data, and uploading to the cloud
• Admin works for Design department and Engineering department
* Design expertise and Engineering skills are not required
- Assistance with creating materials necessary for design proposals and on-site management (e.g., Support checking documents, inputting work management sheets, assisting with creating presentation materials, etc.)
- Assistance with English and Vietnamese translation (drawing confirmation, instructions, checklists, emails, etc.)
Job Requirements
• Female, age < 29, bachelor's degree
• Experience around 2-years’ experience in administration.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• PC skill (Microsoft Office “word, Excel, Power point”)
• Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English (Mid~High-level)
