Job Description
1. Supplier Relationship Management
Ensure new vendor accounts are properly administered
All purchase order related ( Indirect & direct )
Monitor delivery from vendor
Maintain good relationships with internal & external parties serving as a communication link between Internal Customer and external Customer to ensure responsiveness.
2. Claims Handling to Supplier
Ensure supplier complaint process is properly managed and resolved.
3. Materials Management
To ensure optimal stock level and meets targeted inventory turn over
Explore possibility to reduce on-hand inventory during supply excess situation
To review assortment list
4. Service Provider (SP) Management
Manage SP to ensure pre-defined KPI and service level achieved.
Run MBR meetings with SP to review KPI performance and operational discussion.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure desired outcome achieved
5. Other
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in a progressive MNC
- Must have SAP experience
- Strong in Microsoft Office eg. MS excel, MS word
- English fluent in 4 skills
