Job Description
• Oversee the execution of comprehensive machine and utility maintenance across all operational areas.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain optimal production efficiency.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans to uphold the safety and efficiency of manufacturing facilities.
• Manage the repair and maintenance of production machinery and plant utilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Lead initiatives aimed at reducing maintenance costs.
• Coordinate preparation activities for the installation of production machinery and plant utilities.
• Ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials and spare parts for maintenance tasks, adhering to preventive maintenance schedules, and verifying the specifications of received materials and parts.
• Take responsibility for implementing corrective and preventive actions for any production machinery issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in technology, processes, and systems related to maintenance, striving for continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, preferably with a background in plastic or mold tooling.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
