Job Description
The Technical Leader will use agile delivery frameworks to identify potential solutions while analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements in order to drive the effective delivery of change.

• Participate in small, agile teams that are very cooperative. Together with the team, you will have a defined goal and take responsibility for a significant result that benefits the company and our clients.
• Coordinate best practices for APIs, security, compliance, roadmaps, and dependability with stakeholders within the company.
• Assist in determining the software features' technical direction.
• To manage high-volume transactions, provide APIs that are incredibly scalable, dependable, and maintainable.

Job Requirements
You Should Have:
• A practical attitude.
• An understanding of the whole development life cycle of professional software engineering methods, including source control management, build procedures, testing, operation, monitoring, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Although we welcome strong candidates with less experience, we prefer candidates with at least 8 years of software development experience.
• At least three years of Java experience is preferred. Java is not the only general-purpose programming language that we accept.
• Knowledge in system design and tuning for dependability, scalability, and high performance.
• Robust database and schema architecture for complex financial systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of message queues or event-driven architecture.
• Expertise in using Amazon Web Services.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture.
• Working proficiency in English.
Qualification:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related discipline with proven “hands-on” development experience.
