Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to join a MNC with sales office in Vietnam. This role will work independently in Vietnam and be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation Management, with some involvement in labor code compliance. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, resilient under high workload, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires on time
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment database
• Implement employer branding and talent attraction strategies
2. Learning & Development
• Identify training needs and develop annual training plans
• Coordinate internal/external training programs and track effectiveness
• Support managers in coaching and career development initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
3. Compensation & Benefits
• Support monthly payroll data consolidation in collaboration with finance/payroll providers
• Monitor and review salary structures and benefits schemes to ensure competitiveness
• Administer employee benefits programs and resolve related issues
• Provide input to annual salary review and incentive plans
4. Compliance & General HR Administration
• Ensure HR practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Support audits and reporting requirements when necessary
• Handle employee relations cases and disciplinary procedures with fairness
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with solid exposure to talent acquisition and C&B
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code
• Able to work under high pressure and manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
