Job Description
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Build forecasting models; analyze cash flow, profit, and risk
• Lead budgeting, planning, and financial performance tracking
• Manage capital structure, fundraising, and bank relations
• Oversee budgets, cash flow, and cost control across entities
• Ensure compliance and deliver timely, accurate financial reports
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CFA, CPA, CMA, IFRS) are a plus
• Proven experience in fundraising, especially in fintech or renewable energy
• Background in Big 4, banking, or international finance environments preferred
• Min 3 years in senior finance roles (e.g. CFO, Finance Director, Chief Accountant)
