Job Description
Develop and expand the retail partner network by identifying, onboarding, and supporting new service shops, ensuring both quantity and quality targets are met.
Monitor and improve shop performance by analyzing key metrics, guiding owners on business planning, and driving sell-out results.
Conduct regular site visits to audit operations, provide coaching, and implement SOPs and technical/commercial training for service teams.
Build and manage business alliances to enhance shop profitability and elevate service standards across the partner network.
Support local execution of branding strategies, promotions, and network-wide marketing activities to strengthen market presence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or related technical field, with hands-on knowledge of light mechanical systems.
3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or automotive service operations, including training or project management exposure.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to work with shop owners and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential, along with good organization and performance monitoring capabilities.
Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends when required for field operations.
