Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for wealth management products, including investment funds, insurance solutions, structured products, and other financial instruments.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to innovate and enhance product offerings.
2. Portfolio Management:
• Oversee the lifecycle management of all wealth products, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and profitable.
• Conduct regular product reviews and make data-driven recommendations for improvements or new launches.
3. Customer-Centric Approach:
• Collaborate with the sales and customer experience teams to understand client needs and tailor products accordingly.
• Provide training and support to relationship managers and front-line staff to improve product understanding and sales effectiveness.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all wealth products comply with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to address any regulatory changes impacting product offerings.
5. Partnerships & Vendor Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including fund managers, insurance providers, and other third-party vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate the performance of external service providers.
6. Leadership & Team Development:
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product managers and specialists.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
7. Financial Performance:
• Monitor the profitability and performance of wealth products, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on product performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, product development, or a related financial services role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial markets, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
