Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Production Oversight:
• Ensure the factory operates efficiently and optimize production workflows.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain product quality.
• Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve any issues.
• Quality and Food Safety Management:
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety standards at both domestic and international levels.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to assess and enhance product quality.
• Human Resources Management:
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, including operators and supervisors.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment, addressing any labor-related concerns.
• Financial and Budget Oversight:
• Create and manage the production budget, focusing on minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
• Track expenses to ensure compliance with financial objectives.
• Process Development and Enhancement:
• Research and implement innovative technologies and production methods to boost performance.
• Propose and execute improvements to streamline production processes.
• Reporting and Performance Evaluation:
• Provide regular production reports to the Factory Director and company management.
• Analyze production efficiency metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with planning, finance, and human resources to ensure cohesive factory operations.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in production settings with Krones systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management practices.
• Open to Vietnamese candidates only.
