Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts for industrial-grade power solutions in Vietnam. This role focuses on building and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive sales across various sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, and professional lighting.

Key Responsibilities
• Take full ownership of the sales target in Vietnam.
• Establish, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities in emerging market segments.
• Monitor monthly sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and manage accurate monthly and annual forecasts.
• Develop and execute annual go-to-market business plans.
• Participate in regular performance and strategy reviews with regional leadership and product teams.
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions to boost product visibility.
• Potential for future leadership responsibilities based on performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Electrical or related technical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial products; experience in power-related components is highly desirable.
• Proven success in managing indirect sales channels.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Agile, resilient, and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
