Monitor key performance indicators related to digital initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Customer Experience:
Drive the development and implementation of digital channels and platforms to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Financial and Risk Management:

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior leadership roles within the non-life insurance industry or related financial services sector, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
Extensive knowledge of digital technologies, including automation, data analytics, AI, and digital customer engagement.
Demonstrated success in leading digital initiatives and driving innovation within an organization.
Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational goals through digital strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology, Insurance, or a related field; relevant certifications or training in digital technologies are a plus.
