Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Executive with specialized knowledge in managing Personal Income Tax (PIT) matters. In this role, you will contribute to C&B administration while providing expert guidance on PIT compliance and optimization strategies.
Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate on designing variable pay and incentive programs.
Personal Income Tax (PIT) Expertise:
• Serve as the subject matter expert on PIT matters.
• Provide guidance on PIT compliance for employee compensation.
• Optimize PIT strategies to enhance employee benefits and tax efficiency.
Job location: Bac Ninh (with shuttle bus from Hanoi)
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on C&B.
• Expertise in Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and related HR software.
