Job Description

• Lead the preparation of business proposals and cost estimations for facility and asset management services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant markets
• Manage and training a team of business development staff
• Develop presentation materials and proposal tools tailored to each project type and target customer segment.
• Train and develop the business development team.
• Monitor post-sales service quality and customer satisfaction; collaborate with relevant departments to improve service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new projects
• Collaborate with internal departments to align strategy and operations
• Participate in contract negotiations and presentations to clients
• Report business development progress and pipeline to upper management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of facility and asset management services
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or related fields
• Experience in real estate, property management, or facility services is preferred
• Proven track record of successful project bidding or sales management
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive proposals and pricing models, tailored to diverse project types and customer segments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Fluent in English (4 skills)
